All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, or placed for unauthorized resale.

Due to the nature of our products, including handcrafted and premium materials, natural variations in color, grain, texture, and finish are not considered defects.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment must be completed at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing or typographical errors at any time.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery confirmation by the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to our posted Return Policy.

Refunds are expressly conditioned upon the return of the product unless otherwise stated in writing by BoulderBarks.

Returned products must be received in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise specified.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing from BoulderBarks, you agree that:

  • Filing a chargeback does not entitle you to retain the product
  • Retaining a product after receiving a chargeback or refund constitutes unjust enrichment and conversion (civil theft)
  • BoulderBarks reserves the right to pursue recovery of:
    • Product value
    • Shipping costs
    • Collection costs
    • Court costs and reasonable attorney fees

Chargeback abuse will be contested and pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including suspected fraud, abusive behavior, or misuse of dispute or chargeback processes.
