At BoulderBarks, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of everything we make. Each product is designed with care, crafted with premium materials, and inspected with attention to detail before it heads out the door. We want you—and your pup—to love what you ordered.

🛠️ Warranty Coverage

We offer a limited 1-year warranty from the date of delivery on all BoulderBarks-branded products. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and care.

This warranty applies to:

  • Dog crates

  • Collars, leashes, harnesses

  • Dog clothing and accessories

  • Beds and crate mats

✅ What’s Covered

  • Hardware malfunctions (broken buckles, defective clips, etc.)

  • Structural damage due to poor craftsmanship (split wood, faulty joints, etc.)

  • Stitching that unravels or fabric that tears due to a production error

❌ What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear (chewing, scratching, fading, or damage from pet use)

  • Accidents, misuse, or improper assembly/storage

  • Modifications or alterations made after purchase

  • Products damaged by water exposure or outdoor use, unless explicitly labeled for outdoor use

  • Any damage caused by shipping or freight handling (see our separate Shipping & Damage Claims Policy)

💡 Crate-Specific Notes

Our dog crates are handcrafted in small batches in Colorado. Due to the natural variations of materials and the handmade process, minor aesthetic differences (like grain pattern or color variation) are normal and not considered defects.

If your crate arrives with significant damage or you suspect a defect in craftsmanship, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

🔁 How to Make a Warranty Claim

To file a claim, email us at info@boulderbarks.com with:

  1. Your order number

  2. Photos of the issue

  3. A brief description of the defect

Our team will review your claim within 3-5 business days. If approved, we will offer a replacement part, a product exchange, or repair—depending on the nature of the defect. We do not offer cash refunds under the warranty.

🐾 Warranty Limitations

This limited warranty is non-transferable and applies only to products purchased directly from boulderbarks.com or an authorized retailer. It does not cover replacement shipping costs for international orders.
